Queen Creek is still building out, and it is surrounded by working agricultural land and horse property. That means two dust sources most of the Valley does not deal with, plus a lot of homes that are only a few years old and have never had the builder film properly taken off the glass.
Field dust in the spring and fall, construction dust from whatever phase is going up nearby, and on newer homes a layer of stucco splatter and adhesive residue the builder never removed. That last one is its own job. It needs scraping rather than washing, and it is worth doing once properly rather than washing over it every few months.

Yes. New builds come with stucco splatter, paint overspray, and sticker adhesive on the glass. That takes scraping and more time than a normal clean, so tell us it is a new build when you reach out and we will quote it correctly.
